Can I cancel or change my order?

We are committed to process your order the soonest possible in order for us to adhere to our delivery times. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at sales@grandsarra.com before 1 PM CET. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that time.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped withing 24 hours. These are usually delivered within 4-7 working days. The exact delivery day and time may be affected by the the customs of your country and the courier used. For more information on the delivery of your order, please refer to your tracking info.

How do I get my tracking info?

An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you did not receive one, please contact us at sales@grandsarra.com. 

Are there any additional duties or taxes?

Our products are shipped from The Netherlands and the prizes are inclusive of 21 % VAT. You are therefore not required to pay anything else to us.

However, taxes apply for imported goods/services and are regulated by any country's law. Grandsarra is not responsible for any taxes charged on its products. The amount of customs taxes may vary and depend on policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

How to take care and give your Grand scrunchies a long-lasting usage?

 Our Grand scrunchies come in various fabrics, including wool, satin, cotton, linen, and more. Proper care ensures they stay in excellent condition. Here are some straightforward instructions to keep them looking their best:

AFTER WEARING: It's normal for the fabric to develop wrinkles after wearing. To restore its original shape and fluffiness, gently stretch the scrunchie.

Storing: To store unused scrunchies, we recommend using a dedicated scrunchie holder. Alternatively, a paper towel holder can serve as an excellent alternative holder.

WASHING: When it's time to clean your scrunchies, follow these steps for gentle and effective washing: Hand Wash: Wash the scrunchie by hand with cold water. Use a Mild Soap: Add a small amount of mild body soap or a mild hair shampoo to the water. Sorting: Avoid mixing light and dark-colored scrunchies when washing multiple ones.Rinse and Squeeze: Rinse the scrunchies thoroughly and squeeze them gently to remove excess water. Avoid twisting to prevent shrinking and deformation.

DRYING:To maintain the scrunchies' elasticity and shape, refrain from using a dryer or any warm drying machine. Instead, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature.By following these care and washing instructions, you can ensure that your Grand Scrunchies stay in great condition and continue to add a stylish touch to your outfits.
